At Pepperberry Florist we pride ourselves on delivering stunning flowers as well as first rate customer service. For any questions or concerns that we have not covered on this page, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our utmost to assist.

Do you offer delivery?

Certainly!

Pepperberry Florist offers same day delivery (or any day of your choosing, except Sundays) Christchurch wide, as well as to outer areas. We have 3 delivery runs daily from Monday to Friday within Christchurch. Please note:

  • For same day delivery, orders must be received by 2pm that day.
  • For Saturday delivery, orders must be received by 2pm Friday.
  • For business addresses closing at 5pm, please have your order in by midday.
  • No deliveries on Sundays with the exception of special delivery runs on Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas Eve etc where applicable (see our website for details at the time).

If your gift is being delivered outside of Christchurch city, please note that it may have to go the following morning as the rural couriers set off bright and early.

How much will delivery cost?

Due to the delicate nature of our beautiful products (flowers) and their loving presentation, extra special care is required to ensure safe arrival on your special someone's doorstep. For this reason we use only dedicated flower couriers who are experienced in the handling and transport of flowers and fragile items.

Courier delivery prices are as follows (select option at checkout):

  • $12.00 within Christchurch City
  • $19.50 to Outer Areas

While not shown on the map, we are able to arrange delivery to most places therefore please do not hesitate to contact us with your requirements and we will do our best to assist.

For online orders, please take care to select the correct delivery area at checkout as incorrect delivery selections will incur an adjustment to the value of flowers supplied.

What if the recipient is not home?

The courier will leave the order in a safe place (out of the elements) with a note to say where the flowers are. If access to the property is restricted or the courier deems access to be unsafe - e.g. gated/secure access property, scary dog, etc, they will attempt to redeliver on the next run or in some cases bring it back to us. For this reason please be sure to provide accurate contact details so that we can get in touch if need be.

How do I look after my flowers?

All flowers are delivered with stems wrapped in either wet tissue or a cellophane aqua bubble. Upon receiving your gift please remove all packaging, give the stems a wee cut and place in a clean vase with fresh water. To ensure your flowers look as stunning as possible for as long as possible, keep them away from direct sunlight, heat pumps etc and replenish with fresh water every few days.

My flowers don't look exactly like the picture?

Photos shown on our website are typical examples. We will always try to match the original product photos, however due to seasonal availability, certain flowers and/or colours may be substituted as required. As such the final product may differ slightly from the photo, but will be of an equivalent value, design and vibe.
